  my partner has used this shop 12 months ago on our new built house in rawtenstall as we had just moved from manchester we didnt know any carpet shops we tried rossendale carpets this is where we made our first mistake firstly the carpet fitter turned up in a car with a roof rack on not a good start then my husband had to help the carpet fitter in with all the carpets as he worked on his own after all the carpets had been fitted i had to get them back 3 times to restretch all the carpets as they had not been tightened up enough we then gave up as we were sick of complaining and paid a carpet shop from manchester to put all the work right again
